As part of our Healthy Food Inquiry we have been looking at seeds and nuts and how good they are as a snack or as an alternative to meat and other proteins.
We were given a recipe for a chocolate seed bar and decided to have a go!
We all tried the seeds first (some for the very first time) and they were yummy.
We followed the recipe and then had to wait for them to set in the fridge. Boy they were sooooooo yummy, nothing was left and not many mums or dads got to try any that went home!
