A Real Sweet Treat

 

What a treat, we got to sample a Pavlova that had been made earlier in the week. It was made using both egg whites and sugar. There is a lot of mixing involved! It went into the oven and once it was cooked it had to sit there and cool overnight. We cut it open today and all had a taste... it was so good. All it needed was some whipped cream and fruit on top :-)
